Baby radar

For the last 9 years my house has had teenagers in it. Big clothes, big hair, big bills 😳
Babies and toddlers were a thing of the long-gone past.

But now, being pregnant again, it's like having some kind of baby-radar turned back on to max; I see baby and toddler things EVERYWHERE!
Prams, baby clothes, playgrounds, even nappies in supermarkets. It's weeeeirdddd.

And I'm suddenly wanting to get back to places I used to go when my kids were little.
Play areas, beaches and superamazing family hotels, which we used as life-saving getaways when we needed sanity restored, and to feel human again.

In fact...Yaknowwhat?! I feel a much-needed day trip coming on.

To clear this horrific nausea, go for a long country walk and get my head into family/parenting mode again. I'm working 7 days a week at the moment to launch my mental health website Headcase, while being SO sick...I bloody need it!!

Pregnancy in my 40s means I'm old enough to know what I like, want and need. And right now, roughing it is NOT the thing. I need MENDING.

So off to Ickworth we go. It's a beautiful, sunny, blustery English day, and I'm going to walk, talk and get OUT, with my children.

And if I get to see some gorgeous baby wellies while I'm there, so much the better πŸ‘ΆπŸ»β€οΈπŸ™‚
